Exact varieties will change with the season. Choose between the 3 dozen option, or opt for 9 dozen and feed a crowd!

i was unfortunately not able to eat any of the oysters. They were sent as a gift for our grandaughter's 10th birthday. She loves oysters on the half shell . She was thrilled to have them for herself - shae shred with her dad anotheer enthusstic oyster eater. They arrived on time and in great shape. I was so happy to do this for her. Thank you. Now to find a time to treat myself.
Do you know how some people get just because Flowers? We decided to treat ourselves to just because oysters, and it was the best midweek treat with our friends. We got the farm sampler and my favorite were the Summerstone. We had some bigger meatier ones that I don’t remember the name of them and I believe the Hamamoto oysters as well. We paired it with my special seafood sauce which made it refreshing and tasty. We are sad that the ordering season might be ending soon instead of making this a monthly purchase, but will definitely have more special date nights like these.
For the seafood sauce, I put together the juice of three limes, about 4 to 5 Thai chilies with crushed garlic in a mortar, a little bit of fish sauce, sugar, cilantro, and sesame oil. I wish I could submit pictures, but everything was so good. This is my second time ordering, and will definitely have more in the future.
Most of the oysters were very good! We did have several of the Hama Hama oysters that were bad in our batch, maybe 4-5, so that was a bummer, but the rest were fabulous. The Summerstone and Blue Pool were our favorites! We will definitely order again!
We had them delivered to Aspen while there on holiday. What a treat!
