Hamamoto Farm Sampler

Final hamamoto harvest for the year!

We've got a handful of Hamamotos on hand and we're including them in a sampler box for shipping on Wednesday 5/8 (delivery Thursday 5/9).

*If you order other shellfish and are prompted for a delivery date, please select 5/9 (because that's when it is all going to arrive!)

Each box contains 3 dz oysters:

• 1 dz Hamamotos (a bag-on-beach Kumamoto)
• 1 dz Blue Pools (a tumbled Pacific)
• 1 dz Hama Hama Oysters (a beach grown Pacific)

This box will let you compare and contrast two different species (Kumos & Pacifics) and two different growing methods (tumbling vs beach grown). If you're new to the oyster game: kumos are prized for their reliably mild, sweet flavor and naturally small, deep cupped shells. They're very slow growing and relatively rare.
