Join us for an oyster class at the farm! These hands-on classes include a  guided walking tour of our processing facility, a shucking lesson, and a comparative oyster tasting of oysters near and far. Along the way, we'll explore how oyster culture varies from region to region, delve into wine pairings, and experiment with condiments and preparation techniques. You'll leave with the know-how to be confident oyster consumer, however you choose to eat them... at home, in restaurants, or fresh off the beach.

Classes start at 12 and end between 2 and 3 pm. They include ~1.5 dozen of at least 4 different types of oysters, 2 wine pairings, and discounts in the retail store and saloon. Seating is limited, 21 and up only.
