Canned Smoked Oysters

Regular price $ 30.00

PNW grown oysters ready to hit the road - no refrigeration required.

This is the first shelf-stable shellfish product we've ever produced ourselves, and we're very excited. Hosting a picnic? Going backpacking? Need fancy appetizers? We got you. These smoked oysters are ready for your special occasions, and can also lurk in your pantry, waiting for that Tuesday evening when you don't want to cook but do want to eat healthy, delicious protein. Eat them right out of the can or use them in pastas, egg dishes, or salads.

We grew, shucked, and smoked these oysters at our farm in Lilliwaup. Merino's Seafoods in Westport cans them for us in a little olive oil, and we are stoked with the results.

This is a hefty 5 ounce BPA-free can.

Ingredients: Smoked oysters (oysters, salt, brown sugar, mixed hardwood smoke), olive oil

Best Smoked Oysters

These are absolutely the best smoked oysters! They are our "go to" when having small group snacks and drinks. Paired with a good cracker, maybe a slice of onion and a caper or two....
