New York-based wine educator and sommelier. For 15 years, Will has worked in NYC restaurants across the wine spectrum, including Boqueria, Terroir, and The Four Horsemen. His private clients include Google, Palantir and Vice, and he often pours wine on The Untitled Action Bronson Show.
a New Zealander who has spent almost 30 years traveling the world of wine. He's made wine in 9 countries and has been a wine buyer at Harrods in London, on Super Yachts in the Mediterranean and Caribbean, and for importers in Hong Kong and Bali. He teaches wine Diploma students in various countries and is the co-instructor at Extreme Wine
in Provence. Now based in Southern California, Nick can be found slurping oysters and sipping wines at Blue Plate Oysterette
in Santa Monica.
We don't know *exactly* what's going to happen in this class, but we do know it'll be epic. This is a hands-on shucking experience, so prepare to roll up your sleeves.
This class begins an hour before the actual Rama does (main party is Noon - 6), so we'll be in touch after you buy your tickets to let you know where to meet.
