Coming to the Rama, and wanna learn how to prepare your harvest? We've got you covered! Renowned Seattle-based author and food consultant Cynthia Nims is going to be demoing and sampling oyster recipes from her recent book "Oysters: Recipes that bring home a taste of the Sea."
Cynthia will teach you how to shuck, and then she'll prepare a ginger mignonette and a fried oyster salad. All ingredients (including oysters) will be supplied by Hama Hama, so no need to bring your own oysters to the demo.
This event takes place from 3 to 3:30 inside our shucking plant. Please plan on checking in 5 to 10 minutes early. We'll pass along a badge and more info at the will-call check in booth.
Please note this ticket is for ticketholders only... if someone else bought your ticket, please list his or her name and order # in the comment section at will-call.
