LA-based chef and oyster-lover Dom Crisp is our go-to man in the City of Angels. Need a couple hundred dozen oysters rescued from the airport and delivered to Coachella, or someone to help staff a 10 hour shuck fest? He’s the guy to call, and he delivers with humor and grace. We’re beyond thrilled to host him at the farm for this year’s Oyster Rama.

In this class, Dom will help demystify one of the most exclusive and (frankly) intimidating foods out there. You’ll learn about sustainability and farming practices, sample caviars from around the world, and experiment with pairings and preparation techniques. Along the way, you’ll enjoy Blue Pool oysters and chardonnay from Lumos Winery in Oregon, Dom’s family’s award-winning vineyards.

This class is from 2 to 3. When you arrive at the Rama, we'll provide you with a wrist band to access the class, and instructions for meeting up.
