We were fiinally able to get our crab pot out on Frenchman’s Cove on Thursday. A tempting turkey leg for bait garnered 9 crab over a 5 hour period. 3 females, 3 too small and 3 keepers. We cooked them up and then put them on ice for 24 hours. Together with sweet white corn and a thick medium trare New York strip, we had a great surf and turf dinner watching the waves roll into the cove on stout south wind. Living the dream!
